20lbs in 30 Days: What Worked for ME.


Over the last six years of being dedicated to working out and maintaining consistent gym attendance, I’ve had a lot of people ask me “what do you do”, “how’d you do it”, and (without knowing) “what works for YOU?”

I say what works for ME because you can ask 20 people about working out and/or a healthy lifestyle and you can get 20 responses with completely different answers. Rightfully so, what works for someone else might not work for you. In addition to that, I am by no means a fitness professional.
